Must also have a Medicaid Card.<\/p>\n<p><b>Diagnosis<\/b><b>: <\/b>Must have a diagnosis of one of the following: Bipolar with delusions\/hallucinations; Schizophrenia; Schizo-Affective; Major Depressive Disorder with delusions\/hallucinations; these must be chronic and ongoing.<\/p>\n<p><b>Functionality:<\/b> Deficiencies in 3 of 5 major life areas:<\/p>\n<p>Self Care, Social, Ability to Maintain Household, Maladaptive Behaviors, Maintain Health and Safety and Community Skills.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221; scene_position=&#8221;center&#8221; text_color=&#8221;dark&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; full_width=&#8221;&#8221; parallax=&#8221;&#8221; parallax_image=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column column_padding=&#8221;no-extra-padding&#8221; column_padding_position=&#8221;all&#8221; background_color_opacity=&#8221;1&#8243; background_hover_color_opacity=&#8221;1&#8243; width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][divider line_type=&#8221;Full Width Line&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221; scene_position=&#8221;center&#8221; text_color=&#8221;dark&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; full_width=&#8221;&#8221; parallax=&#8221;&#8221; parallax_image=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column column_padding=&#8221;no-extra-padding&#8221; column_padding_position=&#8221;all&#8221; background_color_opacity=&#8221;1&#8243; background_hover_color_opacity=&#8221;1&#8243; width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;bottom-to-top&#8221;]\n<ul>\n<li>IRI will pick the client up at their place of residence and bring them to one of our day treatment centers.<\/li>\n<li>Participants will be fed nutritious meals while at our centers.<\/li>\n<li>They are in a classroom setting where a structured program of ongoing regularly scheduled activities designed to maintain a member\u2019s level of functioning and prevent deterioration.
