Integrated Resources provides in-home care to persons throughout southern West Virginia. Most of these services are provided free to the elderly and disabled who are eligible for the state’s Medicaid Waiver program.

These in-home caregivers are placed in the home to help with a person’s personal care, light housekeeping, errands and shopping, cooking, and to provide companionship.

If you are at least 18 years old, need help in your home, and think you might be eligible for an in-home caregiver, please call the toll free number at the bottom of the page and speak with a nurse to help you through the application process. Click here to see the steps of the application process.

If you aren’t eligible for the state’s Medicaid Waiver program, Integrated Resources also provides caregivers on a private pay basis at reasonable rates.

We provide in-home caregivers in the following counties:

Private-pay home care is available to those who do not qualify for services through the WV Medicaid Waiver program, but who still need assistance in their home with personal care.
