The House of Wonder, formerly referred to as a “sheltered workshop” employs people with various disabilities in a sheltered employment environment.   Currently deemed a Community Rehabilitation Program, the House of Wonder is a fully-functioning workshop teaching hands-on woodworking skills as well as workplace behavior and ethics.

Employees of the House of Wonder support the local economy through procurement of sizeable contracts such as building spawning beds for fish hatcheries as well as supplying finished wood for a local housing development.

Additional services offered by the House of Wonder include the creation of products showcased on this website, which may be ordered in any quantity, as well as high quality furniture restoration for antiques or other cherished wood pieces.
